About Us
Our Mission at IEPAL
The International Etiquette and Protocol Academy of London is the official training and certifying body for Minding Manners International, Europe’s first, and leading, international etiquette and protocol consultancy. We are committed to collectively delivering the highest standards of international etiquette, protocol and cross-cultural education, expertise, training, advice and coaching based on internationally accepted codes and conventions around the world.

Although IEPA London is based in the UK, we are more than British etiquette and English manners. Much more. We pioneered the Certification and Train-The-Trainer industry of international etiquette and protocol in the UK and Continental Europe. Always at the forefront, we are the first etiquette and protocol institute to be approved for the UK Register of Learning Providers, which is used by government departments, agencies and learners. Equally, we were amongst the first to be fully accredited as a Provider of Training Excellence and to be endorsed by two CPD accreditation bodies.
We pride ourselves on being the leader of the etiquette and protocol industry, setting the benchmark others follow. This is why our network is the most established in the field, trusted by individuals, corporations, embassies, high-end hospitality providers and higher-education facilities across the world. We have a presence in more than 70 countries.
Not only have team members been trained by former members of Royal Households, we have direct relationships with members of Royal Families around the world. In turn we are the undisputed advisors for those seeking the highest level of training or certification. Quite simply, our level of expertise is unparalleled.

Our group, bespoke and in-house trainings are available in London and worldwide covering British, Continental European, American, Middle Eastern and Asian etiquette norms plus in-depth cross-cultural practices.

Our History
The International Etiquette and Protocol Academy of London is the official training and certifying body for Minding Manners International, which is Europe’s first consultancy to offer international etiquette training for both youth and adults. It launched in the heart of Paris, France on the Rue du Faubourg St. Honoré in 2003 offering children’s etiquette courses for corporate expatriate families, diplomats, international associations as well as royal families, governmental institutions and private companies.

The breadth of our combined experience, resources and support ensure that your certification is at the forefront of the industry.

Following on with adult programmes, Minding Manners International is the first institution to bring back the tradition of the European Finishing School, only this time in an accessible, contemporary and modular format. Relocation to London brought etiquette training to the forefront of the international community and back home to the birth place of modern-day etiquette and society lifestyle.
The International Etiquette and Protocol Academy of London, with Minding Manners International, have the distinct privilege of access to the most reliable resources, including first-hand information from members of various Royal Families around the world to the archives of Kensington Palace, as well as the Chateau de Versailles and numerous Embassies and subject matter experts for each topic.
